Goal Criteria

Correctly stated goal criteria help to achieve the goal

The goal should be specific, namely, it has to be formulated so that everyone could understand its sense. You have to specify location, events, items and their descriptions. The more specific the goal it, the more it transforms into a task.

The goal criteria must be measurable. If there is no measurement, then how you will get know that the goal has been achieved? Choose only the basic goal criteria, for example, a certain amount of money.

The goal should be realistic, so you need to know more than 50% of actions to achieve it. It should also lead you to positive emotions, and not to stress and depression. Do not invent what you can never achieve. You also should not overstate the bar, but also do not underestimate.  Assess the situation healthy.

Goal is always limited in time. The objectives are different in time, short-term (1-6 months), medium (1-3 years), and long-term (5-10 years). Determine the period for implementation.
